Race coverage begins around 8 a.m. ET as the six divisions take off in a rolling start. This will be the first rolling start for the Boston Marathon; they are doing it to social distance. Just to refresh everyone’s memory, the original Borderlands was released in late 2009 on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. Four DLC releases followed, starting with The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned and ending with Claptrap’s Robot Revolution. A Game of the Year Edition was then released in 2010 including the base game, all four DLCs, and early access to Duke Nukem Forever. Eight years later, the original Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition remains available for purchase via retailers for PS3 and 360....

The Borderlands 3 battle royale side quest is called Kill Killavolt and it takes place when players reach the planet Promethea, in Lectra City, and it’s given out by none other than Mad Moxxi. In this side quest, players are tasked with entering themselves into a battle royale competition so that they can win the prize of having sex with Killavolt. But instead of having sex with Killavolt, players wind up fighting him to the death in an electrified arena....

However, even with all of this content, Borderlands 3 seems determined to avoid touching on a major cliffhanger from Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. While The Pre-Sequel did not receive glowing reviews, as some of the changes made in the 2K Australia game left it feeling less polished and far clunkier than Borderlands 2, one thing that the game succeeded at was its story. The game’s conclusion, specifically, featured a thrilling teaser that set up a sequel that could change the Borderlands universe forever....

Borderlands 3 is the latest installment to the series developed by Gearbox that plays like an action RPG first-person shooter game. Marking the franchise’s return after several years, Borderlands 3 will offer more of what the fans love about Borderlands, from the zany humor to the popular gameplay loop of collecting better and better loot. There’ll be so much content that, according to Gearbox, it’ll take most Borderlands 3 players around 35 hours just to complete the campaign....

Perhaps the most noteworthy event was the sneak peek at John Wick: Chapter 4, which featured some charming stage presence from both Keanu Reeves himself and director Chad Stahelski. After the two spoke about their longtime collaboration, stretching all the way back to The Matrix in 1998 where Stahelski served as Reeves’ stunt double, the director debuted the first official footage from the upcoming sequel. Based on accounts of the showcase, it definitely sounds like a John Wick movie....
